Carol Frazer has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 1988. Her private practice opened in 2001, and before that she had ten years of experience in an Employee Assistance Program. During her 30+ years as a therapist she has worked in both community and hospital based programs. In her private practice, she sees adults and couples facing a range of concerns, including depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, life transitions, work issues, childhood abuse and trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues.
Carol’s goal is to provide a supportive environment to help you explore and understand yourself better, to recognize and build on your strengths, and to work with you to develop tools to overcome obstacles and enable you to reach your full potential. She tries to demystify the therapy process and eliminate any sense of fear or intimidation. For many people it is a big step to reach out to a therapist. Carol strives to honor that step and make it one anyone can feel safe in taking.
